DETAILS

The Waterbury collection began on a hike through the Vermont woods, along the Waterbury Trail, where the movement and texture of flowing water became the design brief. Glassblowers were asked to interpret that impression freely, layering gathered glass to create the optic effects visible in each piece. The result is a tumbler that brings something considered to morning juice, afternoon cocktails, and evening spirits alike. Understated enough to reach for every day, distinctive enough to be noticed.

Everyday Cleaning

  • Hand washing is recommended; dishwasher-safe if needed.
  • Use a mild detergent on a warm, gentle cycle.
  • Avoid cleaners containing citrus, which can damage glass and cause cloudiness.

What to Avoid

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not fill with hot liquids or place in the freezer, as this can cause fractures.
  • Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.

    I previously ordered 4 of the Waterbury large tumblers and decided to add another. The swirl design on the new tumbler extends up about 2/3 of the glass where all the others are in the bottom third. Not sure which design inlike better but now I have and odd one, lol
