Makes one cocktail
11⁄2 oz bourbon
11⁄2 oz pear purée
1⁄4 oz ginger liqueur
1⁄4 oz agave nectar
1⁄2 oz lemon juice
1⁄4 tsp allspice dram
soda water to taste
2–3 dashes aromatic bitters
Fresh thyme or sage sprigs
In a cocktail pitcher or martini shaker, add the bourbon, pear purée, ginger liqueur, agave nectar, lemon juice, and allspice dram. Top with soda water, bitters, and herb sprigs.
