UPS Ground delivery should arrive 7 to 10 business days from when we process the order, depending on your location.
UPS 2Day orders placed before11:00 am EST will arrive within two to three business days.
UPS Overnight orders placed before 11:00 am EST will arrive in one to two business days.
We cannot guarantee next-day delivery. All UPS Overnight orders placed after 11:00 am EST Friday through 11:00 am EST Monday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.
Delivery deadlines apply to in-stock items shipped within the continental U.S. and exclude furniture, back-ordered items, and personalized items.
Our packing and shipping department takes great pride in our low breakage rates. They do everything they can to ensure your package arrives safely. This requires great care in packing, extra packing materials, and consideration of the number of items in a box, all of which adds to the expense of shipping. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en route to you. However,sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and keep the packing materials. We will replace all broken items at no cost to you.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simon Pearce experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Simon Pearce purchases up to 90 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Simon Pearce, in salable condition and in its original packaging.
A refund will only be issued when accompanied by its original Simon Pearce receipt, and then only to its original method of payment, inclusive of all discounts. Refunds will be issued for first quality, current stock items only. Payment made with cash or check will be refunded via company check within 14 days of return, as long as accompanied by the original Simon Pearce receipt. To receive credit to a credit card, the original credit card that was used for the purchase, along with the original Simon Pearce receipt, must be present at the time of the return. Purchases made with a gift card/ merchandise credit will be refunded by gift card only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Items received as gifts that are accompanied by a Simon Pearce gift receipt and/ or packing slip can be exchanged for product or merchandise credit only, to the value of the exchange inclusive of all discounts applied. Exchanges will be issued on first quality, current stock items only.
First quality, current stock items that are not accompanied by a valid Simon Pearce proof of purchase can be exchanged for merchandise only, for the value of the item on the date of return.
Defective items will be replaced with same and/ or equivalent item(s) within one year of purchase provided defect is inherent to design. Original Simon Pearce proof of purchase must be provided.
Damaged product caused by improper usage and/ or product broken either accidentally or during use will not be returned or replaced. Please ensure that proper product care has been followed as outlined in the Product Care card that accompanies each order. Returns and replacements will not be issued when product damage is a result of not following our product care guidelines.
All second quality, sale, discontinued, personalized, custom, research, special order and gift with purchase items are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges or price adjustments.
Price adjustments on full-price merchandise only will be extended within one week from the original date of purchase as a one-time courtesy. The original Simon Pearce purchase receipt or packing slip and merchandise must be present at the time the adjustment is made.

If you are sending a product back, you must contact Customer Care at 800-774-5277, or [email protected] for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Please be sure to include the return authorization number (RA#). Packages without an RA# may be refused or returned to you.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Simon Pearce. Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return.
