Glassblowing is open to limited capacity on the catwalk in our Windsor, VT location.  Public tours of our glassblowing and pottery workshops in Quechee and Oakland are closed until further notice.

What to expect when you shop with us

OUR FIRST PRIORITY IS THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND GUESTS


WELLNESS: For the protection of our community, please do not enter the store if you have any
symptoms of respiratory illness, including: fever, cough and/or shortness of breath.
Our employees have wellness checks before they enter the building.
Use of hand sanitizer is required upon entering our stores and will be provided.

 

FACE COVERINGS: Customers must wear a face covering at all times.
Our staff will be wearing face coverings.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING: We will maintain a 6' distance at all times.

 

RESTROOMS: We apologize for the inconvenience, but restrooms are closed to the public.

PAYMENTS: Contactless + Credit Card payments only; we are no longer accepting cash.

 

RETURNS: Please call ahead if you need to make a return or exchange - certain items
can be returned at the store following safety precautions.

Face coverings: Customers must wear a face covering at all times.
Our staff will be wearing face coverings as well as gloves.
We also ask that you wear gloves, which we will provide.

Social Distancing: We will maintain a 6' distance at all times.
Our shopping appointments are limited to 2 people.

Wellness: For the protection of our community, please do not enter the store if you have any
symptoms of respiratory illness, including: fever, cough and/or shortness of breath.
Our employees have wellness checks before they enter the building.

Restrooms: We apologize for the inconvenience, but restrooms are closed to the public.

Glassblowing and pottery workshops: Tours of our production facilities are closed to the public at this time.

Out of state visitors: We ask that you follow state guidelines of
14 day self quarantine before visiting our stores.
