OUR FIRST PRIORITY IS THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND GUESTS

WELLNESS: For the protection of our community, please do not enter the Mill if you have any symptoms of respiratory illness, including: fever, cough and / or shortness of breath. Our employees have wellness checks before they enter the building. All cooks have their Food Handlers license from ServSafe and Kitchen Managers have their Management Certification as well as specific training to COVID19.

FACE COVERINGS: Guests must wear a face covering until seated at a table. Our staff will be wearing face coverings.

RESTROOMS: Face coverings must be worn when traveling to/from the restrooms.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: We will maintain a 6'–10' distance between all tables. Guests waiting in line for a table will be spaced 6' apart. When you arrive, please check in with the host in the lobby. We are carefully timing reservations to maximize social distancing.  

PAYMENTS: Mobile Contactless + Credit Card payments only; we are no longer accepting cash.


SHOPPING: You are welcome to arrive early for your reservation to shop at our retail store. Please know that occupancy restrictions may prevent you from shopping in our store at the same time as your dining reservation. Public viewing of glassblowing remains closed.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Please check out our COVID-19 information page to learn about current procedures and policies to help you plan your visit.

SEATING: Due to restrictions on large parties from the Governor of Vermont, tables will be limited to 6 people.


TEMPERATURE CHECKS: Check in at the Host Stand for a temperature check. If your temperature is above 100° F we are unable to seat you. We'd be happy to take a takeout order if you’d like food to go.

Public tours of our glassblowing workshop are temporarily closed. The Quechee retail store is open for curbside pickup and limited capacity shopping.
