From the bar at Simon Pearce.
1 oz bourbon
¾ oz Putney Mountain Windery Simply Ginger Liqueur
¼ oz Putney Mountain Winery Vermont Cassis
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Black pepper to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake briefly.
Finely strain into an Ascutney Whiskey glass filled with ice.
Garnish with black pepper.
