LAVENDER LEMON DROP

INGREDIENTS
Ice
1½ oz Silo Lavender Vodka
1 oz lemon simple syrup*
Lemon wheel, lightly sugared on one side
*Equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
A garden-to-glass delight, fresh from the Mill.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice + add:
1½ oz Silo Lavender Vodka
1 oz lemon simple syrup (3 parts lemon juice + 2 parts simple syrup)
Shake + strain into chilled Benson Martini glass
Garnish with a lightly sugared lemon wheel
