JAMES’ SPICY PALOMA

INGREDIENTS 

1 ½ oz tequila (option to infuse with jalapeño)
¼ oz Cynar
¼ oz fresh lime juice
1 small pinch fine sea salt
4 oz grapefruit soda
Grapefruit wedge garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Add first four ingredients to an iced glass.
Give it a good stir.
Top with grapefruit soda and wedge.
Sip + enjoy!

A garden-to-glass delight, fresh from the Mill.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice + add:
1½ oz Silo Lavender Vodka
1 oz lemon simple syrup (3 parts lemon juice + 2 parts simple syrup)
Shake + strain into chilled Benson Martini glass
Garnish with a lightly sugared lemon wheel
