Vermont Restaurant Week

From April 21-30, 2017, The Simon Pearce Restaurant will be participating in Vermont Restaurant Week, offering a special prix-fixe menu for $40 per person. 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the Vermont Foodbank.

Spring Floral & Mixology Luncheon.

Celebrate Spring with Simon Pearce

Enjoy a three-course lunch from our New Spring Menu. Between courses view a floral arranging demonstration by Tedd Kapinos, owner of Jasper & Prudence Floral and Events, and cocktail demonstration by Celebrity Entertaining Expert and Author of Cocktail Chameleon, Mark Addison, in partnership with SILO Distillery.

Space is limited. Reservations Required.
Cost of the event is $55 per person plus tax, gratuity and additional beverages.

Famille Perrin Wine Dinner

Our final Wine Dinner event of this season is hosted by Famille Perrin - Beaucastel in partnership with with Baker Distributing - featuring wines from Rhône Region of Southeastern France. Join us for a curated five-course meal with specially chosen wine accompaniments.
This event is $95 per person excluding tax, gratuity and additional beverages.

From Provence and Chateauneuf du Pape to Côte Rôtie, the Perrin Family has been farming organically since the 1960’s and are now headed by the 4th generation of cousins. It’s a family affair.
