We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simon Pearce experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Simon Pearce purchases up to 90 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Simon Pearce, in salable condition and in its original packaging.
WITH A SIMON PEARCE RECEIPT
All first-quality, non-discounted product that is in salable condition with original packaging:

You may exchange the item or receive credit back to your original form of payment
If the item was a gift, you can exchange the item or receive a gift card
Gift card and merchandise credit purchases can be refunded by gift card only
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
Refund amount is inclusive of all discounts
WITHOUT A RECEIPT
You may exchange your first-quality, non-discounted item in salable condition with original packaging for its value on the day of the exchange
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
Items purchased at third-party retailers must be returned/exchanged at original place of purchase
FINAL SALE
All second-quality, sale, discontinued, personalized/engraved, custom, research, special order, gift-with-purchase items and chandeliers are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or price adjustments. Pendants, once installed, are final sale.
DAMAGES
If your item is damaged during shipping, please call Customer Care at 800.774.5277. Damages from shipping must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for a replacement.
RESTOCKING FEE
Pendants and Sconces returned to our retail stores will be charged a 15% restocking fee; once installed, pendants and sconces are not eligible for return.
When making returns through the mail, please also note the following:
If you are sending a product back, you must contact Customer Care at 800.774.5277, or [email protected] for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Please be sure to include the return authorization number (RA#). Packages without an RA# may be refused or returned to you.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Simon Pearce. Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return.
