DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Online shoppers can now have our products shipped to Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean – with more countries to be added soon. Simply add items to your cart and enter your destination address at checkout. You’ll automatically see the shipping, freights, and duties and will be able to pay using the appropriate currency. These shipments will be serviced by DHL.

Some items are unavailable for international shipping (e.g. candles, led lighting, etc) and will be restricted at checkout.

HOW DO YOU CREATE A REGISTRY ON SIMON PEARCE?

You can easily create a registry by filling out some basic information and creating a username and a password for your registry. This username and password is separate from your Simon Pearce customer login. However, you may use the same information if you like. To create your registry, click here: THE GIFT REGISTRY

When can I expect my engraved order to be delivered?

Engraved orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

*Please Note: Shipping deadlines apply to in-stock, non-engraved items only. Items with long lead times or orders that include engraved items will take additional time.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

While many items are eligible for our signature gift boxes with ribbon, please note that not all products qualify.

Gift Boxes are unavailable for seconds items, lampshades, books, gift cards, oversized items, and specific bowls and lamps.

Additionally, some boxed items may not be eligible for ribbon wrapping.

With sustainability in mind, we gift box like items together to minimize in as few boxes as possible.If you have specific items that need to be gift boxed separately, we recommend placing individual orders for these products.

We do everything we can to get our handcrafted items to you in a timely manner, please know some items may take a little more time. Please check the details on the product page of your desired item(s) for any anticipated delivery delays.

Selecting 2Day or Overnight delivery means we will ship your order via that method after we have processed, packaged, and prepared your order. Please call our Customer Care Team at 800 774 5277 for assistance if you need to receive an order by a specific date*.

  • Ground delivery will normally ship within 3 business days of order unless otherwise indicated.
  • 2Day orders placed before 11:00 am EST Monday through Friday normally ship the same day unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST will ship the next business day..
  • Overnight orders placed before 11:00 am EST will ship on the same business day unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST will ship the next business day.
  • All Overnight and 2Day orders placed after 11:00 am EST Friday will not ship until the next business day.

We will strive to do our best getting your shipment on time - and in many cases early!  

*Please note:  Our carriers may have delays in shipping due to the volume of packages in their network.  While we will strive to get your shipment shipped on time from our warehouse, we are subject to the performance of our carriers and cannot guarantee their delivery. Simon Pearce is not responsible for unexpected delays in shipping due to carrier issues.

Our packing and shipping department takes great pride in our low breakage rates. They do everything they can to ensure your package arrives safely. This requires great care in packing, extra packing materials, and consideration of the number of items in a box, all of which adds to the expense of shipping. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en route to you. However,sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and keep the packing materials. We will replace all broken items at no cost to you.

Delivery deadlines apply to in-stock items shipped within the continental U.S. and exclude custom, back-ordered, and/or personalized items. Simon Pearce terms of Sale are F.O.B. Destination Freight Prepaid & Add.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

ENGRAVING

Adding engraving to an item can delay delivery by 2 weeks. All items in your order will be shipped together. If chosen at checkout, express shipping will be applied once your entire order is ready.

LIGHTING

CHANDELIERS
Each chandelier is a custom order and is final sale. Please allow 5 weeks for delivery. Express shipping is currently unavailable on these items.

LAMPS, PENDANTS + SCONCES
Because all of our lamps are handmade, your order may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to ship. All items in your order will be shipped together. Express shipping is unavailable for orders including these items.

Pendants + Sconces are not returnable after they've been installed.

Other terms and conditions

When making returns through the mail, please also note the following:

  • If you are sending a product back, you must contact Customer Care at 800-774-5277, or CUSTOMERCARE@SIMONPEARCE.COM for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  • Please be sure to include the return authorization number (RA#).  Packages without an RA# may be refused or returned to you.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Simon Pearce.  Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return. 

International Shipping

Return / Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simon Pearce experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Simon Pearce purchases up to 90 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Simon Pearce, in salable condition and in its original packaging. 
  • A refund will only be issued when accompanied by its original Simon Pearce receipt, and then only to its original method of payment, inclusive of all discounts.  Refunds will be issued for first quality, current stock items only.  Payment made with cash or check will be refunded via company check within 14 days of return, as long as accompanied by the original Simon Pearce receipt.  To receive credit to a credit card, the original credit card that was used for the purchase, along with the original Simon Pearce receipt, must be present at the time of the return.  Purchases made with a gift card/ merchandise credit will be refunded by gift card only.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 
  • Items received as gifts that are accompanied by a Simon Pearce gift receipt and/ or packing slip can be exchanged for product or merchandise credit only, to the value of the exchange inclusive of all discounts applied.  Exchanges will be issued on first quality, current stock items only.   
  • First quality, current stock items that are not accompanied by a valid Simon Pearce proof of purchase can be exchanged for merchandise only, for the value of the item on the date of return.  
  • Defective items will be replaced with same and/ or equivalent item(s) within one year of purchase provided defect is inherent to design.  Original Simon Pearce proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Damaged product caused by improper usage and/ or product broken either accidentally or during use will not be returned or replaced.  Please ensure that proper product care has been followed as outlined in the Product Care card that accompanies each order.  Returns and replacements will not be issued when product damage is a result of not following our product care guidelines.
  • All second quality, sale, discontinued, personalized, custom, research, special order and gift with purchase items are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges or price adjustments.
  • Price adjustments on full-price merchandise only will be extended within one week from the original date of purchase as a one-time courtesy. The original Simon Pearce purchase receipt or packing slip and merchandise must be present at the time the adjustment is made.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simon Pearce experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Simon Pearce purchases up to 90 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

WITH A RECEIPT:

  • Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Simon Pearce, in salable condition and in its original packaging.
  • All first-quality, non-discounted product that is in salable condition with original packaging.
  • Within 90 days, You may exchange the item or receive credit back to your original form of payment.
  • If the item was a gift, you can exchange the item or receive a gift card.
  • Gift card and merchandise credit purchases can be refunded by gift card only.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Refund amount is inclusive of all discounts.
  • Items purchased at third-party retailers must be returned/exchanged at original place of purchase
FINAL SALE

All second-quality, sale, discontinued, personalized/engraved, custom, research, special order, gift-with-purchase items, gift cards and chandeliers are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or price adjustments. Pendants, once installed, are final sale. 

DAMAGES

If your item is damaged during shipping, please call Customer Care at 800.774.5277. Damages from shipping must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for a replacement.

RESTOCKING FEE

Pendants and Sconces returned to our retail stores will be charged a $100 restocking fee*; once installed, pendants and sconces are not eligible for return.

*Please note our Large Woodstock Pendant has a restocking fee of $200.

GLASS

Our lead-free glass is made by hand, and designed to last a lifetime with proper use and care.

As with all glass, avoid exposure to extreme temperature changes, such as filling with hot liquid or placing in the freezer, this can result in fractures. Also, be mindful of placing glass in direct sun as light refraction may cause a fire hazard.

DRINKWARE
  • Dishwasher-safe, though hand washing is recommended.
  • Avoid cleaners that contain citrus, as it may damage the glass and potentially cause cloudiness.
  • Use a mild detergent on a warm, gentle cycle.
  • Not intended for use in microwaves or ovens.
GLASS LAMPS, PENDANTS + HOME DECOR
GLASS HURRICANES + TAPER HOLDERS
  • Clean with GLASS CLEANER and a soft cloth.
  • Extinguish tapers and pillar candles when flame reaches two inches above the base.
  • Never leave burning candles unattended.
GLASS VASES
  • Hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent.
POTTERY

Each pottery piece is made by hand to be beautiful, durable and play up the unique textures of the material and glazes.

POTTERY DINNERWARE + SERVEWARE
  • Dishwasher- and microwave-safe.
  • Do not expose pottery to extreme heat changes, such as placing pottery in a hot oven or placing hot pottery in a cold refrigerator. A shock in temperature can cause fractures.
  • When cooking with pottery, the dish and food should be placed in the oven during preheating.
POTTERY LAMPS
  • Clean with mild cleanser and a soft cloth.
POTTERY PITCHERS
  • Hand-wash in warm water with mild detergent.
CRYSTALLINE POTTERY
  • For decorative use only. Not recommended for food or liquid.
  • Hand wash only using a mild detergent.
STONE

A beautiful natural material, marble and soapstone designs feature unique striations and colorations.

MARBLE
  • Hand-wash immediately after use with a damp cloth.
  • Avoid drastic temperature changes, which may cause fractures.
  • Marble is porous and may stain.
  • Baking soda can be used when a deeper clean is desired.
SOAPSTONE
  • Wash base in water before first use and allow to dry.
  • Once dry, place stone base in the freezer for a few hours prior to use.
  • Base may be stored in the freezer.
WHISKEY STONES
  • Rinse with water before first use and following every use.
  • Air dry.
LINENS & FABRICS

We work with different makers to create our linens, many of which are made by hand and/or screen-printed. Please follow the care instructions on each piece to ensure longevity and beauty. When in doubt, hand wash with a mild detergent and hang to dry.

FLATWARE

We design all our flatware to be durable and low-maintenance so you can enjoy it every day. 

SPECIALTY FLATWARE
  • While dishwasher safe, avoid cleaners that may contain citrus.
  • To prevent spotting, heat or hand dry immediately.
  • Dry spots are easily removed by rubbing with a damp soft cloth.
HORN + WOOD FLATWARE
  • Never put horn- or wood-handled flatware in the dishwasher.
  • Hand-wash in warm water with mild, lemon-free detergent.
  • Condition wooden handles with WOOD OIL as needed.
ANDREW PEARCE WOOD PRODUCTS

Andrew Pearce’s hand-turned bowls and boards are designed for a lifetime of use.

BOWLS + BOARDS
  • Apply a small amount of ANDREW PEARCE REFINED WALNUT WOOD OIL to all surfaces with a soft clean cloth
  • After each use, hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately with a clean cloth. Allow to air dry overnight in a drying rack before storing on a countertop or in a cupboard.
  • Recondition the wood at least every 6 months or if the wood begins to look dull or feel rough to the touch. Even if used infrequently, air will naturally dry out wood over time, so recondition regularly to prevent cracking – especially in the dryer winter months.
  • Keep the newly oiled bowl or board from coming into contact with fabric for 24 hours after oiling, as the oil may transfer.
  • Do not put wooden products in the dishwasher, microwave, or oven.
  • Never leave wooden products in standing water or filled with water.
