CHASING THE LIGHT

From the bar at Simon Pearce.

2 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz orange juice
½ oz Dona Turmeric concentrate
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Orange wheel to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake briefly.

Pour into a Benson Tumbler.

Garnish with orange wheel.
