Special Markets Account Application

Special Markets Engraving

Logos, artwork, text, and dates are applied using a sand carving process. Sand carving is created using digital files,creating stencils that are applied to the product, and then sand carved through the stencil. Final engraving is neat and uniform in density. There are no tonal ranges or shading with this process.

We accept high-resolution (300+ dpi) EPS,PDF or TIFF black/white digital files. We do not accept JPEG files or images that are less than 300 dpi. 

Upon receipt of order and artwork, we will provide a logo layout draft for your review and approval. We will not proceed with engraved orders until we have received artwork mock-up approval from you.

Engraving Charges Per Piece

1–9 pieces, $50 each    |   10–49 pieces, $20 each    |   50–99 pieces, $18 each    |   100–299 pieces, $16 each    |   300+ pieces, $12 each

A one-time logo setup fee of $150 will apply. Engraved products are not returnable.

Engraving Signatures

We can reproduce hand signatures on glass for a flat fee of $165. The surface area of the glass will determine how many signatures can fit. Please mail signatures using a black felt-tip pen or black medium-ballpoint pen on white paper. Each signature should occupy a space no larger than 2" H x 3½" W.

Order Confirmation

Upon complete receipt of your order, an order confirmation detailing all order aspects will be emailed to you. Please review the order confirmation and contact us within 24 hours to make any changes.

Order Lead Time

Engraved orders ship within two to three weeks upon receipt of purchase order and approved logo layout. Non-engraved orders ship within one to two weeks upon receipt of purchase order.


Rush Service

Engraved order requests required to ship within five business days upon receipt of purchase order and approved logo layout will incur a $100 rush service charge. Although every attempt will be made to accommodate rush order requests, we may not be able to guarantee meeting a delivery deadline due to product availability and high-volume demand.

Drop Shipments

Please contact a Special Markets sales assistant who will forward a Drop-Ship Template that allows us to sync your shipping information into our system. International shipments require a separate template and must include a recipient phone number. A drop-ship fee of $3.50per recipient will apply.

Domestic Shipping

Our default method of shipment is via FedEx2Day delivery. We can ship FedEx Ground if there is sufficient lead time prior to your in-hand need-date deadline. We cannot ship to a post office box. 

International Drop Shipping

We require you to provide us with your preferred carrier account number for international drop ships.


Applicable local taxes, based upon the total retail order value, will be added to your order. Distributors that supply a resale tax certificate will not be charged tax.

Enclosure Card Insertion

We can insert your company-supplied enclosure card into each gift for a fee of $1.50 per gift.

Gift Box Packaging

Each gift is packaged at no charge in a Simon Pearce gift box with either white or purple ribbon.

Shopping Bags

Shopping bags are available for a fee of$1.50 per bag.


Prepayment credit card authorization is required for all first-time customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Application for Credit

Net 30-day credit terms are available with approved credit. Please contact a Special Markets sales assistant for an Application for Credit and return to corporate@simonpearce.com.

Glass Product Care

    • Simon Pearce handmade glass is unique and may contain small bubbles.
    • Our lead-free glass,when cared for appropriately, will retain its brilliance.
    • Dishwasher safe. Use a mild detergent on a warm gentle cycle.
    • We do not guarantee our glass to be microwave safe. Extreme changes in temperature, such as from very cold to very hot liquids, may cause our glass to crack.
    • Never place glass in a freezer.
    • Glassware with handles is particularly vulnerable to cracking with rapid changes in temperature.
