Our Local Partners

1760 Main Street, Quechee, Vermont • 802.295.1470

When the restaurant first opened in 1983, Simon and Pia Pearce made a conscious decision to serve simple, satisfying, garden-fresh food of the highest quality. Long before farm-to-table became a buzzword, the restaurant relied strongly on the abundance of local edibles.

Today the Simon Pearce Restaurant, a member of the Vermont Fresh Network, proudly partners with local establishments across Northern New England. Below are many of the regional farms, food producers, and beverage companies that help make our dining experience so memorable. We thank you all.
