For orders within the continental United States, we ship FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Overnight to street addresses only; we cannot ship to post office boxes. Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship Saturday or Sunday. - FedEx Ground delivery should arrive 7 to 10 business days from when we process the order, depending on your location.
- FedEx 2Day orders placed before11:00 am EST will arrive within two to three business days.
- FedEx Overnight orders placed before 11:00 am EST will arrive in one to two business days.
Delivery deadlines apply to in-stock items shipped within the continental U.S. and exclude furniture, back-ordered items, and personalized items.
Our packing and shipping department takes great pride in our low breakage rates. They do everything they can to ensure your package arrives safely. This requires great care in packing, extra packing materials, and consideration of the number of items in a box, all of which adds to the expense of shipping.We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en route to you. However,sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and keep the packing materials. We will replace all broken items at no cost to you.
