Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simon Pearce experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your Simon Pearce purchases up to 90 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase from Simon Pearce, in salable condition and in its original packaging. 
  • A refund will only be issued when accompanied by its original Simon Pearce receipt, and then only to its original method of payment, inclusive of all discounts.  Refunds will be issued for first quality, current stock items only.  Payment made with cash or check will be refunded via company check within 14 days of return, as long as accompanied by the original Simon Pearce receipt.  To receive credit to a credit card, the original credit card that was used for the purchase, along with the original Simon Pearce receipt, must be present at the time of the return.  Purchases made with a gift card/ merchandise credit will be refunded by gift card only.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 
  • Items received as gifts that are accompanied by a Simon Pearce gift receipt and/ or packing slip can be exchanged for product or merchandise credit only, to the value of the exchange inclusive of all discounts applied.  Exchanges will be issued on first quality, current stock items only.   
  • First quality, current stock items that are not accompanied by a valid Simon Pearce proof of purchase can be exchanged for merchandise only, for the value of the item on the date of return.  
  • Defective items will be replaced with same and/ or equivalent item(s) within one year of purchase provided defect is inherent to design.  Original Simon Pearce proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Damaged product caused by improper usage and/ or product broken either accidentally or during use will not be returned or replaced.  Please ensure that proper product care has been followed as outlined in the Product Care card that accompanies each order.  Returns and replacements will not be issued when product damage is a result of not following our product care guidelines.
  • All second quality, sale, discontinued, personalized, custom, research, special order and gift with purchase item are condisered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Price adjustments will be extended within one week from the original date of purchase as a one-time courtesy.  The original Simon Pearce purchase receipt or packing slip and merchandise must be present at the time the adjustment is made.

When making returns through the mail, please also note the following:
  • If you are sending a product back, you must contact Customer Care at 800-774-5277, or customercare@simonpearce.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  • Please be sure to include the return authorization number (RA#).  Packages without an RA# may be refused or returned to you.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to Simon Pearce.  Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return.
