For orders within the continental United States, we ship Standard, Express and Rush via UPS or Federal Express to street addresses only.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Most orders are processed and shipped within three days of their receipt. Our shipping department does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Standard delivery should arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Express orders placed before 11:30am will arrive within two business days. Rush orders placed before 11:30am will arrive the next business day.

All Rush orders placed between 11:30am Friday and 11:30am Monday, will not ship until Monday and will arrive Tuesday.

Our packing and shipping department takes great pride in our low breakage rates. They do everything they can to ensure your package arrives safely. This requires great care in packing, extra packing materials, consideration of number of items in a box, all this adds to the expense of shipping. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en-route to you, however sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and keep the packing materials. We will replace all broken items at no cost to you.

What are the delivery cut-off dates for the holidays?
Orders received on or before a given day for the shipping method are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the holiday (December 25th, 2007). However, we are not able to guarantee timely delivery for orders received after the times shown below:

Rush Delivery (Overnight to 2 Business Days) - Thursday, 12/20/07
Express Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - Wednesday, 12/19/07
