Dear Wine Lovers,
We are very pleased to invite you to join us for the finale of the 2007-2008 wine dinner series with Tony and Jo Ann Truchard of Truchard Vineyards on Wednesday, May 14. In 1973, the Truchards purchased and began the conversion of an abandoned prune orchard into one of the most diverse and outstanding estate vineyards in Carneros. They sold their fruit to more than 20 premier Napa Valley wineries and in 1989 they began handcrafting wine using traditional techniques under their name. Today, the winery makes 11 different wines, all exemplifying the high quality fruit of the Truchard Estate Vineyard, showing their sense of place.
Chef Joshua Duda and his team have created the following menu for your enjoyment.
