Please join us on Wednesday, May 28 for an intimate beer and food-pairing seminar with Allen Reitz of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery.

Opened in 1995 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, the Dogfish Head Brewings and Eats brewpub began as America’s smallest commercial brewery. The brewery quickly expanded in size and creativity, relocating to Milton Delaware in 2002. Dogfish Head now makes 18 styles of beer and half a dozen hand-crafted spirits. They have been touted as “America’s most interesting and adventurous small brewery” by international beer writer, Michael Jackson.

The following exciting beers will be paired with 4 courses of appetizers from Chef Joshua and his team:

Aprihop
Brewed with luscious apricots, finished with whole-leaf hops.

60 Minute I.P.A.
Dogfish Head’s flagship beer.

Indian Brown Ale
A cross between a Scotch Ale, and I.P.A., and an American Brown

Raison D’Etre
A deep, mahogany ale brewed with beet sugar, green raisins and Belgian-style yeast.

The seminar will begin at 6.30pm sharp.
The price for this rare opportunity is $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Please contact Jessica Johnson at 802.295.1470 for reservations. Space is extremely limited.

We look forward to seeing you,
